Library: Where Your Dashboards, Chats and References Live – WISEcode

Library is “every report, dashboard, chat and reference from your work, in one place.” Everything your organization owns lands here — the Welcome Kit starter dashboards, anything you build or save through chat, anything a teammate shares, and anything imported from Marketplace.

What you will find

Each item is a card with a type pill (Report, Dashboard, Chat, Reference), a title, a date and the folder it is filed in.

Dashboards — your Welcome Kit, dashboards built through chat, and Marketplace imports. (There is a single Dashboards tab; there is no separate “interactive dashboards” type.)
Chats — saved conversations you can reopen and continue
References — documents and saved pages you have given chat
Reports — written outputs chat has produced for you

Finding things

Browse by type with the tabs across the top: All, Reports, Dashboards, Chats, MCP, References.
Scope your search with the dropdown: My library, Shared with me, or Shared by me.
Organize with folders — create and nest folders, assign colors, and drag cards onto folders to file them. The default view shows an “All items” count, a “Not in a folder” bucket, and your custom folders.

Working with a card

From a dashboard card’s menu you can rename, delete, version and publish it. Imported dashboards are fully yours to work with. Starter dashboards and dashboards shared with you are read-only — ask chat to “create my own version” to get an editable copy.

Shared across your organization

Library is shared across the org, so one person’s work is available to the whole team and anyone can pick up where a teammate left off. Use Shared with me to see what teammates have made.

Your Welcome Kit

The Welcome Kit is the prebuilt starter set of dashboards grounded in your own data, made up of Portfolio Insights, Portfolio UPF Report, Product Insights, My Brand vs. Competitor and UPF Framework Comparison. It is in your Library from day one. The public reference views — The U.S. Food Supply Atlas, The U.S. Ingredient Atlas and Ingredient Intelligence — open view-only from Marketplace.

Common questions

Where did my reports go? They are dashboards now, in the Welcome Kit. See Where did my reports go? Reports are now dashboards.

Can I share a dashboard with someone outside my organization? Library sharing is within your organization. Ask chat to export a dashboard or produce a summary for external use.

Why can’t I rename this dashboard? It is a shared or starter dashboard. Ask chat to create your own version. (Imports from Marketplace should be renameable; if one is locked, use the same workaround — a fix is in progress.)
