Getting Started After Registering at a Tradeshow

You met us at a tradeshow — now what?

If you registered your brand with WISEcode at an event (for example Newtopia Now), your event registration captures your interest but does not by itself create a WISEcode AI login.

Getting your access

1. Go to wi.wisecode.ai and sign up using your business email — ideally the same one you gave at the event.
2. Enter your brand’s GS1 company prefix when prompted. WISEcode authenticates it against the GS1 register; there is no manual review step.
3. WISEcode then finds your products and builds your private workspace automatically. This takes roughly 5–10 minutes. See Creating a New Organization: GS1 Authentication and Automatic Portfolio Setup.

If you would rather be sent a direct invitation link, submit a request with your company name and email and a member of the WISEcode team will get back to you.

What you can do once you are in

Review the products WISEcode found, add anything missing through chat or a CSV upload, publish the products you want shoppers to see, and — if your products qualify — pursue Non-UPF Verification and the Shield for packaging and retail listings. Start with Getting started with WISEcode AI.
