Joining the Studio Beta: Waitlist, Access, and What's Included

Studio is WISEcode Intelligence's deeper reports library — GRAS safety, the 0–100 WISEscore, Health Outcomes, and Nutrient Quality reports that sit on top of your Portfolio. Studio is currently in Beta by invitation. This article explains how to join the waitlist, what unlocks when access is granted, and what to expect during Beta.

What Studio is

Studio is the second module of WISEcode Intelligence. While Portfolio is about taking ownership and earning the Non-UPF Verified Shield, Studio is about defending what you put on the shelf — with the deepest food-intelligence reporting WISEcode produces.

Studio includes four report families:

  • GRAS Reports — Generally Recognized As Safe classification at the product and portfolio level, with plain-language explanations of any Unsafe or Unclear ingredients
  • WISEscore Insights — a 0–100 score across 15 metrics in three pillars (Nutrient Quality, Ingredient Quality, Health Outcomes), benchmarked against your brand average
  • Health Outcomes Reports — portfolio-level reports with sub-reports for Anti-Inflammatory, Diabetes Friendly, Gut Health, Heart Healthy, and Muscle Health
  • Nutrient Quality Reports — portfolio-level reports with sub-reports for Carbohydrate Quality, Fat Quality, Fiber Density, Protein Density, and Sugar Density

Beta status

Studio is currently by invitation only. Portfolio Brands can join the Studio waitlist from inside Portfolio. While in Beta:

  • Studio is free for waitlisted Brands once access is granted
  • Beta access is granted in cohorts as capacity allows
  • Brands in Beta provide feedback that shapes the GA release
  • Beta features may evolve before general availability

How to join the waitlist

  1. Click "Studio" in the navigation. You'll land on the Studio landing page, which describes what's available
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the landing page and click "Join Waitlist"
  3. You're done. Your brand is added to the waitlist

That's the whole flow — no form to fill out. WISEcode reviews the waitlist regularly and grants Beta access in batches. You'll receive an email when your access is granted.

"Claim more, see more" — how access scales with claimed products

A key principle of WISEcode Intelligence: the more you claim, the more you see.

  • Discovered products show up to 5 product-level reports across the Studio library — enough to give you a directional read on what's possible
  • Claimed products unlock all Studio reports at the product level — full GRAS, WISEscore, Health Outcomes, and Nutrient Quality detail per product

If you join Studio Beta but have only a small share of your portfolio claimed, the value of Studio is limited. Claim deeply first; Studio rewards complete portfolios.

What unlocks when access is granted

When Studio access is granted, the previously-locked Studio module activates inside your Portfolio. You'll see:

  • A new Studio section in the main navigation
  • All four report families available across your claimed portfolio
  • Portfolio-level rollups that aggregate across your full claimed catalog
  • Product-level deep dives for every claimed product

You don't need to re-claim anything or re-validate data — Studio reads from your existing Portfolio.

What happens after Beta

The current plan:

  • Studio Beta is free for waitlisted Brands during the Beta period
  • Once Studio reaches general availability, pricing will be announced separately from Portfolio
  • Existing Beta Brands will receive advance notice and a transition path before any pricing changes apply
  • WISEcode is committed to keeping value high for early adopters

Common questions

Do I need a paid Portfolio account to join the Studio waitlist? You need an active Portfolio account. Active means your products are in our system and you've completed registration. Paid Non-UPF Shield Verification is not a prerequisite for the waitlist itself, but the value of Studio scales with how much of your portfolio is claimed.

How long is the waitlist? Wait time varies. Cohorts are granted access roughly monthly, prioritized by claimed portfolio size and use case fit.

Will Studio be expensive when it goes GA? Pricing has not been finalized. Beta Brands will receive details well in advance of any change.

Can I get a preview of Studio reports before access is granted? The Platform overview PDF shipped to Portfolio Brands shows sample reports. Beyond that, the actual reports activate when access is granted.

What if my use case is regulatory, retail, or partnership-specific? Mention it in your waitlist form. WISEcode prioritizes use cases that align with active strategic initiatives — government and regulatory engagements, major retailer rollouts, and strategic partner integrations move faster on the waitlist.

Can multiple users from my brand access Studio once we're granted? Yes. Studio access is granted at the account level, so all users on your Portfolio account see Studio once your brand is in.
