The redesigned Portfolio in WISEcode AI is organized around three questions. Each one is the header of a filterable lens, and together they tell you everything you need to know about your products at a glance.
1. “Is anything waiting on you?”
This is the top-of-page prompt: a yes/no answer with a count of products that need your action, summed from three states — for example, “129 need work · 18 ready to publish · 1 with pending edits.” Verification work in flight (attestation or payment on NON-UPF) surfaces here as its own callout.
On the right, WISEcode-side work is shown separately: “N with WISEcode, usually a day.” That tells you when you are not the holdup — WISEcode is working on something and will clear it in roughly a day.
2. “Is it in the WISEcode app?” — the Publishing lens
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| All | Every product in your portfolio, no filter. |
| Needs work | Something to add before you can publish. |
| Ready to publish | Nothing missing. Publish when you are ready. |
| Published | In the WISEcode app. Shoppers see it. |
A product can be Published and have unpublished edits waiting in your private workspace. It still counts under Published, also counts under “Is anything waiting on you?”, and shows a status note on its row (“Edits waiting to publish”).
“What’s missing” filters
Under the Publishing lens, chips let you filter by the specific blocker:
- Nutrition Facts — the product is missing Nutrition Facts panel data
- Ingredient check — ingredient matches need your review
- Ingredients — the ingredient list is missing entirely
- UPC — no UPC on the product
- GS1 prefix — the product’s UPC is not under a prefix granted to your organization
- Name — the product has no name
3. “Does it have the NON-UPF shield?” — the Verification lens
This lens is scoped to Published products only and is shown as a progress bar so you can see your Shield journey in one glance.
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| NON-UPF Verified | Shield earned. Download your badge. |
| In verification | Attestation or payment in flight (for example, “4 to attest, 2 to pay”). |
| Ready to verify | Qualifies. Start whenever you like. |
| Not eligible | Scores ultra-processed today. |
| Not ready yet | Edits are waiting to publish, or a review (for example an ingredient with the Science Team) still has to finish. |
Reading a product row
- Steps column — a numbered badge or icon that links to the next action for that product.
- Status with delay context — rows waiting on WISEcode show the expected delay (“With WISEcode, about a day”).
Fix Groups: products organized by next action
Below the lenses, Fix Groups collect products by what they need next: confirm ingredient matches, link a GS1 prefix, publish what is ready, start verification. One click into a group opens a bulk flow. Settling an ingredient match once propagates to every product that uses that ingredient.
Bulk actions available
- Bulk ingredient verification
- Bulk publish, and bulk publish of pending edits
- Bulk brand rename
- Bulk catalog CSV upload (from the + Add button)
- Bulk clean-up and remove
Every bulk action is also available by asking chat — for example, “verify ingredients on all products that need work” or “publish everything that is ready.”
