Fix Groups organize your Portfolio by next action, so that managing hundreds of products is a handful of bulk flows rather than hundreds of individual edits. This article explains the groups, the bulk operations behind them, and how to run the same actions from chat.
The Fix Groups
| Group | What is in it | What one click does |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm ingredient matches | Products with an ambiguous ingredient match (the Ingredient check blocker) | Opens a bulk verification dialog. Settle an ingredient once and it propagates to every product that uses it. |
| Link a GS1 prefix | Products whose UPC is not under a prefix granted to your organization | Takes you to request an additional license grant from your organization profile, or to contact support. |
| Publish what’s ready | Products in Ready to publish, and Published products with pending edits | Opens bulk publish. Select all or pick, then publish. |
| Start verification | Published products that are Ready to verify for the NON-UPF Shield | Opens the verification flow with those products selected. |
Bulk operations available
- Bulk ingredient verification — resolve ingredient checks across many products at once
- Bulk publish — and bulk publish of pending edits on products already live
- Bulk brand rename — change the brand name across a set of products
- Bulk catalog CSV upload — from the + Add button at the top of Portfolio (see Bulk Product Upload: How the CSV Template Works)
- Bulk clean-up and remove — reject or remove products that are not yours or no longer sold. Rejected products stay rejected on future discovery runs.
Running bulk actions from chat
Every bulk operation can be asked for in plain language, from any page:
- “Verify ingredients on all products that need work.”
- “Publish everything that is ready.”
- “Publish the pending edits on my granola products.”
- “Rename brand ‘Acme Foods’ to ‘Acme’ on all products.”
- “Verify NON-UPF on my ten ready products.”
- “Remove these UPCs from my portfolio: …”
Chat confirms the scope — how many products and which — before it acts.
Watching the work clear
As groups empty, the count under “Is anything waiting on you?” drops. Work that is on WISEcode’s side (for example an ingredient with the Science Team) shows separately as “N with WISEcode, usually a day” and does not count against you.
